How to Apply For Ayushman Card
- Go to Ayushman Bharat Yojana website to fill the registration form for Ayushman card.
- As soon as you come to the website click on Beneficiaries tab on the home page and proceed.
- On the next page you will be asked to enter your mobile number and you have to enter the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar card.
- An OTP will be sent to this mobile number of yours, verify it and proceed.
- After this you will see eKYC option, click on it and fill it.
- Now select the member of the family whose Ayushman card is to be made.
- Now do eKYC and upload the live photo of that member.
- Fill the form on the screen and submit.
- Your registration for Ayushman card will be completed.
